Tressa is an accomplished choreographer and teacher. Her performing credits include Revenue Canada Gala, Snow Queen and Sugar Plum Fairy in The Nutcracker, Moulin Rouge Gala at The NAC, Brandi Disterheft’s “Pow Pow” music video and various charity events. As a choreographer Tressa has done work for Revenue Canada Galas, Ottawa’s Got Talent Gala for Ottawa Food Bank and various charity events. She choreographed and performed in the video for Ian Keteku’s “Kay” recounting the story of one of the worlds deadliest forces. A respected teacher and choreographer in the competitive world, Tressa has won many overall high score awards and numerous judges special awards for her work. She founded Exordium Collective, a contemporary dance company. Tressa recently became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher specializing in dancers and authored the Competitive Edge- Ultimate Competition Prep Guide.
